Follow up consultations are offered as 15, 30, and 60 minute sessions, depending on your personal plan.
This 75-minute, one-on-one telemedicine consultation is where your healing begins.
We take a comprehensive look at your health history, current symptoms, emotional and lifestyle patterns, and the ways your body has been responding over time. From there, we identify underlying contributors and create a clear, personalized treatment plan which may include homeopathy, detox support, lifestyle shifts, or other targeted therapies.
This session lays the foundation for your care and outlines a thoughtful follow-up strategy based on the chronicity, severity, and pace of your condition. Some situations require closer support early on, while long-standing concerns tend to unfold more gradually. Healing is always individualized.

Follow-up consultations provide ongoing support as your body responds and your healing plan evolves. These sessions are used to refine treatment, adjust protocols, and address new information as it emerges, helping to sustain healing momentum over time.
Appointments are available in 15-minute check-ins, 30-minute follow-ups, or 60-minute comprehensive sessions, depending on the level of support needed. Follow-ups may be scheduled anywhere from a few days to six weeks after your foundational consultation and are offered via telemedicine.
